The practitioner tunes into the subtle rhythms and movements of the energy system in the body which allows the body to shift towards balance and health. The body and mind are allowed the space to physically and mentally unwind and heal.

After studying Environmental Science at Melbourne State College Scott taught science and mathematics at various secondary colleges in Melbourne while studying Naturopathy and Acupuncture part time. Studying environmental science was Scott's introduction to holistic thinking. It taught him how even small changes to an environment or ecosystem can affect the whole. He later learnt to apply
the same thinking to the body.
